This month we’re moving on up… to the east side!
This month we’re gathering at Shaker LaunchHouse to dive into the MEAN stack. MEAN stands for MongoDB, Express, Angular and Node.js!

Tentative Placeholder for a Monthly Boston Cassandra Users Meetup Event
Based on the phenomenal success of the earlier Hadoop Quiz and on popular demand we are rolling out yet another ‘Test your Hadoop Knowledge’ meetup.
I’m very excited about this month’s MongoDB Austin speakers. I’ve been trying to get Flip Kromer and Huston Hoburg from Infochimps to present ever since I heard their talk on how Infochimps modified Cube to work at terabyte scale. He’ll be with us this month to talk about a cool new project. Looking forward to seeing you all there again. As usual, location sponsored by Capital Factory and food/drink comes from ObjectRocket by Rackspace.
Let’s get together monthly to share ideas, listen to speakers and come up with topics that we’d like to learn more about.
we’re looking forward to our April Meetup, which will give us the chance to learn about Impala’s capability for using Hadoop as a data warehouse – directly from one of it’s creators!
This meetup is intended to bring people together to improve our MongoDB technical skills. This is a working group rather than strictly a networking function. This means that I will never charge for admission and never restrict attendees. Speakers should be limited to developers and DBA’s rather than staffing agencies. Most importantly, I will not be catering any of these events, so please eat first!
